Dr. Slepski grew up locally and graduated from Colton High School where he played football. In 1978 he graduated with high honors from Cal-State San Bernardino with a B. S. in Biology. James served as Class President for two years at Loma Linda School of Dentistry. He graduated in 1982 with several awards including, The President's Award, F. Gene Dixon Student Leadership Award, Basic Science Award, Operating Dentistry Award, Radiology Award. and the Alpha Mega Fraternity Award for graduating with top G.P.A. in the class of 1982.

   In 1980 James married Katy and they have enjoyed over 27 years of marriage. They have 3 children Brandon, Zachary and Jessica. Dr. Slepski has enjoyed coaching his kids in severals sports including, soccer, baseball and cross country. His favorite pastimes are running and triathlons, where he has competed in several marathons and the 2006 Hawaiin Ironman triathlon.

   

Dr. Slepski began practicing dentistry in 1982 in Riverside. In 1994 he moved his practice to it's present location on Arlington Ave. next to the Sears Department Store.
